Finally. That's how I'm feeling right now. I've had a newsletter on my To Do list since opening Simplicity Décor in 2006, but I was never able to get to this until now. Sincere thanks to Tim Munson for helping with this newsletter (among other things). Without him, I don't know how long this would've remained unchecked on my list.
My purpose in creating this newsletter is to provide you with truly useful information about beautifying and simplifying your life - and to remind you that I'm always here to help. I hope you'll see Simplicity Connection as a monthly message from a friend who's always there for you.

Color of the Month

One of my favorite colors also happens to be very much en vogue right now. Burnt orange is an integral part of the traditional Asian palette, but is one of those warm, earthy tones that can immediately add energy and warmth to any room. Add a splash of spice with a painting or pillow, or design an entire space around hues of burnt orange, russet and amber for a rich, Eastern ambience.

Simple Home Decor Tip
A quick and simple way to freshen up a room is with new throw pillows. Adding or swapping out throw pillows can make tired furniture look new again. Try changing them seasonally!
