HSC's annual trip to Tallahassee will take place April 20 through April 22. If you are interested in participating, send your completed application to Gretchen Beesing. Participants receive training on tax and healthcare policy issues and speaking to legislators. A mandatory pre-Tally meeting takes place the evening of April 14 at HSC. If you could change one thing about Miami...
Tell us what the next Imagine Miami Changemaker Conference should be about
Our fourth Imagine Miami conference, which will take place May 14, is currently in the planning phase. We would like to hear from you, the community, about what we should address. In the past we have covered the use of public funds, places and spaces in Miami, and arts and culture. What concerns, hopes and wishes do you have for Miami? Send your suggestions to our new Imagine Miami Director Maame-Mensima Horne.
Changemaker Conferences bring people from diverse backgrounds and fields together to learn about and strategize around an issue of concern in the community.
