Give to the Max Day!

 On Tuesday, November 17, GiveMN.org will match every online gift made to the FLACC between 8:00 a.m. on November 17, 2009 until 8:00 am on November 18, 2009. If you give $5, it will turn into $10! Every donation made during "Give to the Max Day" will receive a portion of the $500,000 match. This means the exact amount matched per dollar donated will be determined after Give to the Max Day concludes.
GiveMN.org is Minnesota's new destination for online giving! Thanks to the generosity of GiveMN's partners (who pay for all processing fees), 100% of donations made through GiveMN go directly to the FLACC.

FLACC is seeking Refreshment Hosts for 2010!

The Chamber is looking for businesses interested in being a "Refreshment Host" for 2010. Hosting is $35 for one month and this covers coffee, our culligan water, pop and additional refreshment items. Your business name and logo are then proudly displayed on the front lobby table and in our conference room as well as in our monthly newsletter. Another great FREE advertising opportunity! ChamberMaster Info Coming Soon! Look for an important e-mail in your inbox!
The FLACC has made the switch to ChamberMaster, a password protected, web-based software that is accessed through an active internet connection. ChamberMaster provides a special program in a password protected environment just for chamber members. Accessed through the internet, members can view and edit their company information which automatically updates the public member listing on the FLACC website, upload graphics to their consumer-viewable member information page, submit jobs, advertising and events for approval and also view statistical reports. The chamber will be sending out an email to each of our members with your log in and password information. Once you receive this email please contact the chamber with any questions or concerns. |

FLACC Mailing Insert Deadline
Friday, November 20
 Interested in an advertising opportunity that reaches over 250 local businesses? Your Forest Lake Chamber sends out a monthly mailing consisting of a monthly calendar, membership meeting registration and local business mailings. Submitting a mailing to the Chamber costs $70 and you must supply 300 8.5" x 11" copies. The Chamber office will take care of the rest. Need color copies, but don't have a way to get them? The Chamber can also do your printing for you for an extra fee. Mailing inserts much be brought to the Chamber office by Friday, November 20. |
Join Our "Chamber Idol" Task Force

 "Chamber Idol" is a new event sponsored by the FLACC. This event will take the place of the chamber's Casino Night which was the first Friday in February. The chamber is looking for volunteers to help plan and implement the event. Current task force members include: Michelle Biernat, Pete Paidar, Jessie Bystrom, Colleen Eddy, Diane Ditsch and Ramona Hall.
