PRODUCTION SALE RECORDS STRONG PRICES
"Another great day for the Wagyu
Business and Lone Mountain Cattle Company. These Fullblood Wagyu
genetics are holding their value and show many cattlemen a new road to
prosperity. There was a good crowd on hand and the bidding was active
on this set of live cattle and various genetic components. Cattle sold
to 17 states, Canada and Sweden. It's the genetics that are selling and
creating value for these cattlemen. The overall sale gross was
$352,758, with over $100,000 sold in embryos, flushes and semen. Bob
Estrin and his family extended their usual hospitality and served Wagyu
meat at this event. A small sampling of Wagyu ribeye was all it took
for those who attended to realize the extra value in Wagyu genetics."
