Applications are now being accepted for LEAD (Leadership
Education and Development), a new professional development program to guide and
enhance future nonprofit leaders in Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Benito
Counties. LEAD will strengthen existing nonprofit managers' effectiveness
and leadership in their present positions, as well as prepare them for greater
leadership roles as the need increases. LEAD places a special emphasis on
reaching individuals who represent our many diverse communities.
