I would like to dedicate this newsletter article to the tremendous volunteers who help make MASWA a vibrant and thriving organization.  Without their generous contributions of time and talent, the Minneapolis Area Senior Workers organization could not survive.  As our annual meeting approaches, we formally acknowledge the work of those individuals who have served on the Board of Directors.  This year we will be saying 'so-long' to several Board Members who are stepping down from their positions after two or more years of volunteer service.  These 'retiring' Board Members include; Kristin Kopp, Nominating , Jeri Gort, Education and Kay Johnson, Historian and Program Committee.  A tremendous THANK YOU for your hard work and dedication to serving Seniors through our interconnected MASWA community.  In addition, I would like to thank all the Board Members who have, and will continue to serve into the year 2012 including; Maura Albrecht, Allison Bakke, Chrysauna Buan, Paul Blom, Linda Debner, Virginia Kafer, Beth Nemec, Gretchen Scheffel, Tom Nenovich and William Huseonica.   You guys ROCK!
