PRESIDENT'S MONTHLY NOTE

Hello fellow MASWA members!

Fall is in the air...the State Fair is well under way, the leaves are starting to change color, and the school bells are beginning to ring.  Soon all of the students will be in the classroom learning all they need to know to make it in the "real world."  I would like to invite you to join those students in continuing your education at our Fall Aging Conference.  The brochures will be mailed in early September.  For those that want to go ahead and get registered for the conference now, more information can be found on the Senior Workers website, www.seniorworkers.org.  I look forward to seeing many of you there.

Also, if you could help the board by filling out the survey that will be coming in the next month, we would appreciate it.  We really value your input as we continually strive to improve the services and meet the needs of our MASWA members.

I hope you all have an opportunity to get out there and enjoy the last bit of wonderful summer weather and I look forward to seeing you at our monthly meetings as well as the Fall Aging Conference.

Loretta Stinson
President
MASWA MEMBER SURVEY

In the next few weeks, keep your eyes out for a MASWA Member Survey that will be sent to your email account.  The survey intends to gather feedback about MASWA as well as MASWA's future. Completing the survey will assist the board in making decisions that are in the best interest of the membership.
