Introducing the first Proportional Valve that is field programmable.

Customizing the Numatics digitally controlled Sentronic Proportional Valve to your application is easy using DaS, a FREE, robust software package that fine tunes the valve's control loop to your requirements. Numatics' new proportional products are ideal for applications where precise and rapidly changing pressure and flow requirements are needed.

The Numatics Sentronic is a direct-operated 3-way proportional pressure valve with digital control. Valve control loop parameters can be optimized for the application using Data Acquisition Software (DaS) and a PC connection.

Pressure Control

Sentronic Specifications Include:

Fluids: Air or neutral gases
Pressure Ranges: 0-10 bar
Port Sizes: 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 NPT
Flow Capacity: Up to 46 SCFM
Maximum Pressure: 90 to 190 psi
Repeatability < 0.5% of span

Flow Control

The Numatics Flowtronic is a direct-operated 2-way proportional valve with a pressure sensor unit and digital control electronics. Valve control loop parameters can be optimized for the application using FlowCom software and a PC connection. This flow controller is designed for applications with continually varying flow requirements.

Flowtronic Specifications Include:

Fluids: Air or neutral gases
Flow Control Range: 0.4 - 71 SCFM
Port Sizes: 1/4, 1/2, 1 NPT
Minimum Pressure: 58 psi
Maximum Pressure: 116 psi

Flowtronic Features Include:

Digital communication and control

Controls flow despite fluctuating inlet pressure
Direct-operated high flow poppet valve
Response time: < 200 ms
