It is with deep regret.that we must tell you our manager at the Bookshelf in Tahoe City, Susan DeRyke, passed away suddenly about two weeks ago. Susan had several health issues she was dealing with, which, in the end, became too much for her system. We greatly miss her and our condolences go out to her sisters, her brother and her daughter and grandson.
There will be a memorial service on Sunday, September 11th at 1:00 p.m. at Blackwood Canyon Meadow. A celebration of Susan's Life will follow at Tahoe Park Beach. (Potluck). You can contact one of Sue's sisters, Pam 525-5119, or Patti 525-6319 for more information.
