  Senior managers from the Metropolitan Police joined over 100 guests at the London launch of Managing Conflict at Work on Wednesday evening.  The new business guide from Kogan Page is co-authored by Clive Johnson and Jackie Keddy.  Jackie honed her skills whilst fighting conflict on the streets of London as a former Detective Chief Inspector.  Clive and Jackie are pictured here cutting the cake with Kogan Page's Managing Director Helen Kogan.
