HR ISSUES? Expert help is close at hand!
Kate Upcraft HR Expert |
We caught up with Kate who has been busy stepping up her business to another level to help more businesses to resolve HR issues. Kate told us "Over the last fifteen years the complexities of employing people have increased enormously as have have the dangers of getting it wrong. I should know, I was payroll legislation manager at M&S and chief lobbyist for the Institute of Payroll Professionals. With that background five years ago I set up my own company to help employers untangle the web of payroll and HR legislation - after all, your salary bill is likely to be your largest controllable cost. I now write, lecture, speak at conferences and work directly with employers re-engineering their payroll and HR practices. If you, or any of your clients feel overwhelmed by red tape or alternatively need someone to train or mentor their payroll and HR team then go to Take Up Payroll Mentoring @isis to find out more about who I've been working with recently and I look forward to connecting with you soon".
