COMMUNITY EVENT - 'Opening Doors to Opportunities' 5th March Linwood Centre Saffron Leicester
 
FREE event by The LeicestHERday Trust, supported by the NLDC for residents in the Saffron area.  Delegates have access to training options, local community opportunities as well as careers advice and how to get back into work.  Visitors will be able to talk informally and take away valuable information and also meet like minded people from the Saffron area.
 
Creative Director Kellie Bugby of the Saffron Arts projects and SEAL who is attending the event states: "Saffron Arts is a registered charity for local people on the Saffron estate. Our aim is to attract local people through artistic projects, as well as our non accredited courses and training. We want to see people in this area get back into education, and will be attending this event in high hopes of recruiting volunteers and show the range of courses we can do by showcasing some of our work."
