Airlines Speak About Why They Support Collaborative Landing Fee Management
Last month we talked about why airlines have been supportive of the new approach to landing fees. Now listen to how the carriers themselves describe it:

"It has made the landing fee process a lot easier and more accurate," says Sue McFeeley of British Airways. "It takes me a quarter of the time it used to, to manage this program. The biggest thing is the capture of the tail number per flight, which gives us the confidence in the accuracy and detail of the report, and requires minimal checking."

According to John Palomaro of JetBlue Airways: "Before this program it was almost a three- to four-day process to look at everything, with the 60 plus flights a day we have. Now it's about a two-hour process. All I'm looking for are anomalies."

Linda Chamberlain of Delta Air Lines adds: "The monthly reports we log on to get actually give us more overall performance statistics than we were getting before on our own, and with much less effort from our staff. We trust the data and the process."
NEW! Easier Invoicing for Non-Scheduled and General Aviation Operations
You've been asking for it, so we're pleased to announce that you can now download an invoice in the PASSUR Proactive Billing suite directly from the "Edit Invoice" to MS Excel. Previously, you had to switch back to the "View Invoice" menu, and we know that wasn't ideal.

This is particularly helpful in allowing users to download and sort through the new catch-all invoice, labeled "123" in the "Edit Invoice" drop-down menu. This invoice captures all flights not already allocated to another carrier or operator, such as diversions from non-tenant carriers and General Aviation. As a reminder, any flights listed in the "123" invoice can be transferred to any other carrier/operator invoices for billing. Each airport has an empty invoice labeled "ZZZ" for which you can transfer flights into for billing and uploading to your accounting software.
