Are answering services helping to reduce the cost of Health Care?
Yes:  Each medical call we take has the distinct possibility of preventing a trip to an emergency room if the call is dispatched correctly and in a timely fashion.

Fraud / Scams / ID Theft
Because answering services handle 100's of thousands of calls daily, we are in the unique position to quickly identify fraud that is being committed by companies and individuals using auto-dialers or "boiler rooms".
Answering services were the first to alert authorities regarding a scam involving people calling collect into companies claiming they were from the phone company and there would be no charge for the call and could you please provide them with a dial tone to complete their testing.  These calls were typically originated from a correctional facility.
 

            Answering services also help prevent ID theft and fraud on the elderly whose adult children have set up personal answering service for their parents.
            Look for local and national events for marketing inspiration that are a natural fit or that need just a little creative thought to link you to them in a positive way
