Greetings!

Happy Spring! Of course, this is the time for spring-cleaning. But not only the traditional kind. It's an opportunity to see if you should turn over a new leaf when it comes to tidying up...

Did you know that clutter is one of the biggest causes of stress in your life? The more clutter you have in your office, on your desk, in your drawers and cabinets and in your home and car, the longer it takes you to find what you're looking for and to get things done!

In this month's newsletter I teach you the signs of too much clutter and then give you easy tips for turning over a new clutter-free leaf!

Clutter Clues
cluttered desk
The six ways you know clutter causes you stress:
  • You're never quite sure where you last saw what you're looking for.
  • It takes you several minutes or more to find things (in your space, on your computer, in your phonebook etc.)
  • You're not as productive as you'd like to be because you're distracted easily by the clutter.
  • Looking at your desk/home/room/car makes you anxious or tense, rather than relaxed.
  • Others comment on your clutter or messy space
  • You hold onto items you haven't used in years (and may never use again).
