The Suri Network prides itself on producing the bi-annual PurelySuri magazine, a high quality publication focused on issues surrounding the suri alpaca industry.  In past membership surveys the consensus was to have two PurelySuri publications a year, a general issue in the Fall and a Herdsire issue in the spring.  However, with the current economic climate it is becoming increasingly difficult to break even on each publication.

After much thought and discussion as to the ramifications, the current Suri Network Board of Directors has decided to not publish the fall edition of the PurelySuri magazine for 2009 and instead offer an enhanced Suri Network News to include up-to-date articles and information pertinent to the current happenings in the suri alpaca industry. 

The next PurelySuri edition will be the Herdsire issue in the Spring of 2010 and we hope with an upswing in the economy and renewed interested in advertising, we can reinstate the general fall issue of Purely Suri in the future and resume publishing two issues a year.  This was not an easy decision for us and we hope you understand we have to balance what you want and we want to give versus the expenses using your dues and advertising dollars.
