Next Monday, June 30th, will be Wade Stubblefield's last day as Chief Financial Officer of Standard Renewable Energy Group, LLC (SREG).  Wade will continue to work with Trulite, Inc., one of the SREG Portfolio Companies, as its CFO.  
 
Wade played a critical role in the growth and successes realized by SREG and its Portfolio Companies.  As you know, the SREG Management Team provided services to each Portfolio company as they started and grew.  In Wade's case, he hired and trained accounting staff for each company. In addition, he installed processes and systems for SREG and each company, to ensure that investor information, accounting, tax returns, etc., were kept current and accurate. As in any complex organization, the roles were varied and demanding.
 
I personally have appreciated Wade's professionalism, work ethic and dedication to all aspects of his work.  Equally as important, I have appreciated his friendship and look forward to working with him in his role at Trulite.
