Bishop Search Walkabouts

 The IX Bishop Search Committee has finalized the logistics for the IX Bishop candidate walkabouts next month. This will be an opportunity for the diocese to meet the candidates for the IX Bishop of Minnesota. It will also be an opportunity for the candidates to get a little taste of who we are as the people of Minnesota.

Guidelines for acceptable questions for bishop candidates. Questions for the candidates can be submitted via the Search Committee blog. A downloadable form will be available through that blog soon.
Not everyone will be able to attend these events. If you or members of your community are unable to participate, please consider holding a viewing party. Podcasts of each walkabout will be available through the diocesan website.

 Delegates, voting clergy, guests and youth and children's program participants can register online now for early bird rates.

With limited time for the business portion of Diocesan Convention, nominees will be introduced via short videos on the diocesan website. These videos will be available for viewing by the end of September. If members of your community do not have high speed internet access, please plan to hold a viewing party at a location with this type of access or contact the diocesan Communications office for a DVD.
