Exemption Certificate Management and Sales/Use Tax Seminar
No Fee to Attend | Earn CPE Credits | Professional Networking
State and Local taxing agencies have become more aggressive in enforcing compliance requirements for corporate taxpayers.  Sales/use taxes are a significant area of increased enforcement.  Properly documented and maintained exemption certificates are one of the most common issues.

Recent studies of the sales/use tax administration process show that most corporate taxpayers do not have sustainable processes and systems in place for exemption certificate management.  This is due to the fact that, until recently, there were very few commercially available systems in the marketplace.

Join us to learn about national and regional issues and trends.  We will share client case studies and best practices as well as demonstrate how the use of technology can help reduce audit risk for your organization.
