Bob Buchholz wins March Madness!!! |
Congrats to Bob Buchholz for winning March Madness at Fitness Inside & Out. I believe this is Bob's first victory, but I will check the records. After the first round, he said he had no chance. With each round, he improved and had both Michigan State and North Carolina in the championship game. To make matters worse, my Fantasy Football QB Jay Cutler is now a Chicago Bear!!! I wonder who Bob will pick first in Fantasy Football ?? |

Summer Cardio Challenge!!! |
|
Seasonal Clients start logging in your minutes of cardio for the month. Whether your walking outside, treadmill, tennis, elliptical, biking, or swimming log in your minutes and email me at the end of each month at naplesfitness@comcast.net. Set some goals for summer with your cardio and keep accountability by logging in each month. Year round clients do the same for summer vacations and when you are out of town.

Naples Harvest has more than 5,000 pounds picked and donated |
| Thank you for the donations! Local homeowners have generously given their citrus to Naples Harvest this season. We have picked and collected over 5,000 pounds of citrus and various vegetables to donate to St. Matthews House and Grace Place.
What is amazing is that this came from less than 20 trees. We have several people who do not have anymore citrus but who have signed up for next year. Mangos, avacados, and limes will be coming on in the next few months and the UPick off Corkscrew Road has allowed us to come out before the end of May.
If you know of any organizations, groups, or individuals who can assit in picking please let us know!!
Please spread the word to homeowners who have citrus and other produce that Naples Harvest is willing to pick if they are willling to donate even just part of their back yard harvest.
If you want to pick with us, we would love a donation of your time. If you have any questions ask, Mike Edwards.

| Cardio Corner |
| Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity or 75 minutes of vigourous-intensity activity a week for basic health benefits. That would be 30 minutes five times a week for moderate activity or 25 minutes three times a week of vigorous activity. Put your initials on the cardio board and set your monthly goals!!
