So, Why a New Website?

Bit 3 leftOur mission is to inspire a creative community- by connecting artists with art lovers, by helping to publicize performances, and by informing all stakeholders in the arts (that means you) of the opportunities and benefits of our vibrant arts community.

For several years, we have watched the exponential growth of using electronic media (EM) to access the arts, indeed, we've been a part of it with our own website. But as important, we've seen EM grow as a tool for decision making, and recognized an opportunity. Many visual and performing artists have a website, and it's more or less essential if you're a gallery or performing arts organization. It's how you describe what you do, when you're doing it, and what it looks like- and this information is always available. Great.  More...
