WWW.GSCSNJ.ORG-----Now What?
|
Navigating the Website Can't find what you are looking for? Let's take a tour of the new website. Please keep in mind that this website is under construction with changes to the layout, design and content constantly being updated.
Where can I find a list of programs?
On our web calendar! The web calendar is the hot spot for all program activities, including updates, changes and additions. From the home page, click on the calendar button on the upper left side of the page. This will direct you to the current month in "grid" view. From here you can view the name of the program or event and an abbreviated location and if the event has been cancelled, filled or closed.
Want to change the view? Once you open the calendar, choose from list, weekly, bi-weekly, etc on the the left side. To change the month or year, click on the dates available on the top. Looking for Brownie programs, try the search feature!
If you click on the name of the event, you can view the description, time, location and additional information as needed, including how to register.
Also, you can download the current Program & Training Resource Guide that covers programs and trainings from now until the end of January. This guide is available under News & Publications.
Speaking of registering, how do I register my girls for a program? If you were previously able to register for a program or training online via E-Council, you may continue to do so by visiting the home page, click register on the right side menu then click for the appropriate E-Council Calendar. Please note, ONLY members who have used this feature in the past (former members GSSJP) may continue to use it now. For all other registrations, please use the program registration form available for download on the forms page, the front page and at each service center. Online registration for all members will be available February 2008.
Forms? I don't see the form I need? From the homepage, please click For Volunteers on the right side menu. From the sub menu that appears on the left, select Forms.
A listing of all current forms is available. As the Council develops new forms, they are loaded onto this page. If the form you are looking for is NOT on this page, you may click on one of the the three links on the page to revisit your former Council's forms page and use that form. Please use the new forms if they are available. A complete inventory of all current and updated forms is below. Please note all forms are currently available in PDF. We are working on Word and Excel formats for each form.
Help! I need training! Our Training Department is working hard to bring training to convenient locations throughout our 9+ counties, (to better serve you). E-Council Training Registration is available under Register and available only for those who have previously registered in the past (GSSJP). For a complete list of training opportunities, please visit our Training Schedule under For Volunteers. You may register online via our convenient web form or by downloading and mailing a training form to the East Brunswick Service Center.
I see Service Unit Names---but how can I find out what towns are in what Service Unit?We are updating the Who To Contact page under For Volunteers with the names of all Membership Specialist, Service Units and towns. Gold, Silver and Bronze, oh my!The new Girl Scout Gold, Silver & Bronze Awards forms are available in PDF and Interactive Miscosoft Word forms ideal for updating with you personal information.
The website is still under construction and we appreciate your patience during our transition. If you are unable to find something you need, please contact any of the Service Centers for assistance. Thank you!
