Greetings!
The New Year has thrown us some serious weather curves! Torrential rains in the west, freezing temperatures in Texas and (my personal favorite) several feet of snow across the midwest and the east, have made it hard for your employees to get to work, much less relocate. We can't do much about mother nature, but we will continue to keep you abreast of anything new to enhance your relocation IQ!
Stay warm, Susan |

Looks Like a Puzzle, Seems Like a Puzzle, but its NOT a Puzzle...It's a QR Code!
 | |
What's a QR code you ask? A QR or quick response code turns URL's, vCards or any kind of text into a jumble of pixels that you can scan onto your smartphone instantaneously (some phones are definitely faster than others!). Initially used for tracking manufacturing parts, today there are many possible applications. Some Realtors use them on their signage to link buyers to home specific websites. Conference goers share them on their business cards; much easier than manually inputting the contact information. The applications seem limitless.
QR codes will be popping up many places soon! Take a few minutes to set up your phone now:
- Search the web on your phone for a QR Reader - follow the instructions applicable to your phone.
- Install the Reader.
- Once the scanner is installed on your phone, point it at the QR code above and link to the website.
- And, that's it!
If you want to make your own QR codes, visit http://goqr.me/ and click on one of the tabs. Enter your information. Download and save to your computer. |
