..first off: rest in peace MJ.....i got to go to the memorial (thanx kama and b.j!) and it was incredibly moving....he'll be sorely missed...

...on to brighter subjects!...i've got a new music video for "come 'n go"....check 'er ayouwt!

...major thanx to Kii Arens for putting the whole thing together...it was his concept to feature the crazy windsock thingies (they're actually called sky-dancers, or sky-puppets apparently), he directed it, held the camera for most of it (occasionally on roller-blades, and rolling around on that nasty-ass roof), edited it, etc...for those who don't know, he also did all the art, photography, design, etc. for this record (and the merch and such)...i think he's a genius..and he really went out of his way to make AWP look killer..so..he rules

...also gotta thank Toni Wisner who helped with all the hair, make-up (uh, not that i like needed any or anything), and wardrobe styling, Darren Roark who helped film (and let us use his real nice camera and lighting), Andy Pellegrino, who also let us borrow a killer camera...and Emily Mae and JoAnna James who helped with all kindsa stuff including editing, inspirado, and sky-puppet wrangling....speaking of: man those things are not very cooperative actors...i got smacked in the face a buNch (you can probably tell it was pretty windy up there at points)..and believe it or not, those guys pack a wallop...

..we shot the thing on a roof-top in downtown LA...it was easily one of the sketchiest areas i've been...actual crack-hos wandering around everywhere..the tent people (which is actually really sad)..we heard gun-shots while we were filming (eek)..it was a little scary...but, worth it..no one died or got addicted to meth, and i think the shots of the city are really cool...
