 Beelzebub's Salsa
In 2005, Eric Laughery finally had enough of buying bland, mass-produced jarred salsa. So, armed with locally-grown fresh tomatoes, onions, herbs and spices, pineapples, and some of the hottest peppers around, he set out to create his own unique blend. Beelzebub's fresh salsa is now stocked at dozens of retailers and includes flavors such as chipotle garlic, pineapple, and inferno. We sat down with him as he talked to us about his business.
