Small Business Tips: Outsmart Your Competition
Greetings, entrepreneurs.

The lazy days of summer are a great time for brainstorming and strategy sessions, and this month's newsletter offers some tips on outsmarting your competitors.  We also have tips for franchises and business owners who are thinking about growing their business through franchising.

Speaking of franchising, if you've never read The E-Myth by Michael Gerber, it's a quick and helpful book for entrepreneurs that you should put on your summer reading list.  Moral of the story: Even if you never plan to franchise your business, building systems will make you a more successful small business entrepreneur.

Enjoy, and as always, let us know what you'd like to read next month!
