Meet Glenn Mathewson:
Glenn is NADRA's Technical Advisor and MDB Program Instructor. Glenn is a Certified Master Code Professional and a practicing municipal code administrator who will be teaching the classes.
Glenn is a national speaker on code and deck related topics. Drawing on his experience as a tradesman, contractor, consultant and building inspector, he is able to review, discuss and teach the standards of construction with a true understanding of the realities involved with applying them in the field.

The Formation of The NADRA MI Chapter:
Local NADRA Members are now starting the formation stage of a Chapter in your area. If you are interested in getting involved at the ground level, MI members are looking for a couple key volunteers that want to give back to the industry and grow the local MI membership base. Please email Heather@NADRA.org if you are interested in being involved with the formation committee. She will call you to answer any questions and to fill you in. Local chapters are key to the growth and success of your Industry Trade Association. You get to network with professionals who are as dedicated to the industry as you are! Chapters are a great way to get deck builders, manufacturers, dealers / distributors, lumber yards, retailers, branch representatives, home inspectors, and industry service providers, working together for the benefit of the industry. Chapters open the door for support of NADRA's national programs like Education, Training, Deck for a Soldier, Deck Safety Month & Check Your Deck. It takes dedication, leadership, enthusiasm... and most importantly support in NADRA and what it represents. Below is a video NADRA National edited for the Atlanta, GA Chapter. The GA Chapter held an awards and Holiday celebration in December. This was played during their meeting. Please take just 4 minutes to watch. This is what NADRA is all about!
