What do you think of when you think of parmesan cheese? Do you think of the granular stuff that shakes out of a can or do you think of the aromatic, firm and buttery taste of real sliced parmesan? One kind grits between your teeth but the other is a true taste experience.
Original art is like real parmesan cheese. In the art world, it is a true taste experience. The colors are richer, the light reflects from it differently, the lines are more expressive. It can not compare to the flatness of reproductions.
It the same difference between a CZ and a real diamond ring. At first glance you can enjoy the bling, but a CZ does not have the deep fire of a true diamond. I've had many people proudly show off their family heirloom diamond, but no one has ever boasted about their family CZ.
