| This was an exciting week! Three Girls' own Erika Montgomery was honored for her accomplishments:
 Erika was named a Finalist in the International Stevie Awards in the category of Best Entrepreneur, Service Business, 100 Employees or Less. Winners will be announced at a dinner in New York in November.
