THREE GIRLS GOSSIP

This just in - Erika's an Auntie! This
past Tuesday, March 30, Erika's brand new
niece was born at 5:11pm. Sophia Resi
Baerwald (pictured with Dad) is 9 pounds 5
ounces and 22 inches.
With a full head of light brown hair, she
looks just like her proud father - Erika's
brother, Jeff. Welcome, Sophia!
Another fun change around the office:
Dennis is embracing his roots -
literally! With long hair since the ripe age
of 17, he decided to chop it off last fall.
After giving the new look a fair try, he
realized he misses his former rocker self and
took a step back in time. Keep an eye out for
his new 'do' in the months to come.

TIPS & TRICKS

Closing the Sale
Good news - someone contacts you to find out
more information about the services you
offer. How do you respond? What you say and
how you say it can go a long way in
convincing a potential customer that they
want to work with you. Our most recent blog
post provides three tips, including:
Answer all their questions. As I
was pricing and comparing several different
companies in the area, I had a standard list
of questions for each potential vendor. I
sent each of them the same list so I could
compare them accurately. I found it very
frustrating that one of the people I asked
didn't answer all of my questions. In fact, I
needed to ask it several times before it was
answered. It made me wonder if that's what
our working relationship would be like were
we to choose them.
