Reliability
The E24 utilizes a brushless, gearless, low RPM, high torque motor, designed specifically for driving conveyor rollers reliably and efficiently. The external motor approach to 24 VDC technology provides exceptional flexibility, superb heat dissipation, and a robustness that cannot be achieved with motors embedded in conveyor rollers. With just three moving parts, the E24 reaches new heights in reliability.

Versatility
The E24 motor drives the tread rollers thru a spool/O-ring combination. Different speed ranges can be achieved by simply replacing the spool with one of a different size. There is no need for different motors with different gear ratios, because the E24 system is gearless!

Flexibility
By replacing the drive spool with the optional limited slip spool assembly, E24 conveyors can be used in minimum pressure applications. No other 24 VDC conveyor drive technology offers this unique capability. The E24's simple-to-install external motor is compatible with all conveyor widths.
