New for 2009: Bolivia - Andes to Amazon
We are delighted to introduce a new itinerary in Bolivia for this year. Andes to Amazon is a runs 22 July - 12 August (guaranteed departure) and at 1845 offers excellent value for money. The diverse itinerary includes trekking at Lake Titicaca and in the Bolivian Andes before we journey into the Amazon to experience that magical environment by canoe and on jungle walks. Bolivia was one of our first international destinations so we know the country very well and we are very excited about this new itinerary. The trekking in the Lake Titicaca region explores Isle del Sol and is a great place to start the trip. In the Andes, we venture into the Cordillera Real where we gain some altitude as we traverse the range from west to east. At the end of the trek, we are ideally located to drop down into the Bolivian Amazon. We spend 5 days in the Amazon, based at a community-owned eco-lodge, enjoying canoe trips and walks in the rainforest in an unforgettable end to the trip.
There are still a few places available on this trip so for full details, simply click here. If you would like to view all of our holidays in Bolivia, please click on this link. ______________________________________________________

Patagonia: Winter 2009 & 2010 Trip Dates Released
Patagonia. The very world instills a sense of wonder and awe, resonating wilderness in every respect. Although our trips to Patagonia don't start until October, this is the time to plan and book in order to have your choice of dates and to get the best deals on flights. We now offer two small group trips in Patagonia with regular departures - a classic 'Torres del Paine & Fitzroy' itinerary and also our popular 'Last Frontier' wilderness adventure. The Last Frontier is a genuine wilderness adventure which explores the San
Rafael National Park
on the fringes of the Northern Patagonia Icecap. San
Rafael is a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve renowned
for its dazzling explosion of islands, glaciers, icebergs
and mountains - a truly spectacular destination. We
are privileged to be one of a very few number of operators to have
access to this evocative and inspiring area, so wilderness is guaranteed.
The striking skyline of the Torres del Paine is one of the most easily recognised landscapes of South America, so are delighted to launch a new small group trip here. This region is a
wonderland of craggy granite peaks, snow clad mountains and glacier-fed lakes, which makes it a superb area for trekking. On this itinerary, you will also explore the Fitzroy massif in Argentina, where
the formidable granitic towers of Monte Fitzroy and Cerro Torre soar into the
sky like the terrifying peaks normally only seen in
fantasy films. It's one of the world's classic trekking adventures so we hope you can join us.
