Back from India

I am a child of YPO-WPO. My father was a member and now he is CEO. My brother Barry is YPO. I grew up hearing about exotic trips that my parents took where they met sultans and rode camels. They told me about experts who lectured on fascinating topics and it was then I knew - I wanted to be one of those speakers. I planted that seed years ago and last month my dream of hosting workshops with YPO-WPO came true.

Punjab, Delhi, Kolkata and Bengaluru YPO-WPO greeted me with open arms and warm hospitality. I met very special people who are the movers and shakers of India. They invited me into their homes and showed me amazing projects they were working on. What I learned is that the power players of India don't need to be convinced of the importance of Chinese Metaphsyics. They already incorporate Vedic Astrology and Vaastu for their success. They know it works. They are open to out-of-the-box thinking. This is a country and a people on the rise. I feel blesssed to have found my audience and look forward to continuing these relationships with new friends and clients. 

 
Graffiti and Street Art were superstars this year with the historic MOCA Art in the Streets Show and three new books just published on the subject. I am honored that I was included with my photographs from NYC 1979-82. Shots of Patti Astor (the FUN Gallery), Zephyr (my then boyfriend), Futura 2000, Fab 5 Freddy, Keith Haring, Kenny Scharf and Dondi White are featured.

The fabulously chic Zuri Hotel Group invited me to participate in their famous Christmas event while I was in town. Yes, that's me on the left side in the giant chef's hat. Hotel owner and YPO-WPO Bengaluru Member, Bobby Kamini, flew me in to lead my CEO Strategy Workshop using BaZi Chinese Astrology with his staff. We also Feng Shui'd his condo. Bengaluru surprised me with its modern vibe. This is the world center of IT and if you are ever in Whitefield in Bengaluru the Zuri Hotel is the best place to stay. They will treat you like royalty.
