ON THE MOVE

We are sorry to report that Bill Fromhold, former lobbyist and champion for WWRP funding at $100 million, passed away on September 29 after a long and valiant fight with cancer.  He was a highly respected legislator on both sides of the aisle.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Marcia and his two daughters.  A memorial is scheduled for Saturday October 9 in Olympia.  More
