Greetings IDC Family!
Happy New Year Commissioners! I pray that your Holy-
days were filled with much love and joy. Thank you for
being such a blessing and great support to the
International Dance Commission this past year. It's
2010 and I'm excited about your future. The best is yet
to come; your latter will be so much greater than your
past.
IDC focus for 2010 is to feed the homeless and
educate others on the plight of hunger. Please join us
in raising 1 Million pounds of food for 2010.

January 25th. I would love to hear from you! You can

I woke up this morning thinking about Haiti and all I
could think about was the incredible devastation, the
ruins and people's lives being turned upside down.
IDC we must continue to pray and stand in the gap for
the people Haiti.
This past year many people have experienced their
lives being turned upside down and when you look
around you are reminded of all the rubble. How can
this situation be restored? It can get to a point where
the situation appears to be unsalvageable.
Have you ever been in a place in your life where the
dust of your past fills the air? Sometimes your past
can be so freighting to confront, you would rather
ignore it and leave it all behind.
In Haiti there was a young lady whose body was stuck
under the rubble and the only thing that was free was
her face (mind.) She stayed bound for three days until
other people were able to pick up the pieces that
surrounded her body.
She reminds me of many of us today. We cannot really
move on until we deal with our pieces. There are
some pieces that will limit your body from being as
free as your mind. You can try to run from it, hide from
it, avoid it or walk away from it, but you will get to a
point that you will be stuck in it!
There are three things
that I gleamed from this ladies remarkable
miracle.
1. That which once sustained her was now
holding her back. She lived in the house that once
brought her life but not it has fallen and she finds
herself under the rubble. What is holding you back
from destiny, are you afraid because it once sustained
you? Where is your faith?
Psalm 20:7 Some [rely] on chariots and
others on
horses, but we will boast in the name of the LORD our
God.
It is more important for you to be significant than to
become popular. Obey God!
The great thing about your situation is that, all is not
lost! I am so glad that God specializes in devastation
and broken pieces. We serve a God of restoration.
You may feel like your body is trapped and calamity is
on every side but don't lose your mind. God will keep
you in perfect piece if your mind is stayed on Him. Be
encouraged because help is on the way!
2. God will send people your way who have been
through the storms, fire and floods. They were
once
stuck under the rubble and now they will assist you in
picking up your pieces. You are coming out brick by
brick! It feels like your world has collapsed but God is
moving on your behalf one brick at a time.
FYI: this past storm was so much bigger than you! You
cannot control it, nor can you do it alone. Psalm 34:19
Many are the afflictions of
the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them
all.
God has a
good and expected end for you and it's not underneath
the rubble. I would tell you to stand still but you can't
move because your body has been encased by bricks.
So if you would allow me to remove some of the
debris away from your body and wipe the dust (tears)
off your eyes. Now look up to the hills, that is where
your help and strength comes from. See the salvation
of the Lord!
There is an open heaven over you, see your refuge in
His hiding place. There the enemy cannot find you.
That's why your faced has not been covered, God still
wants you to see Him! Look up! Your help is
near.
3. It's the third day, time to get up! Your
mourning is
over and it is morning time. God has given you beauty
for your ashes. You can trust again, your help is here.
You have always been the one to help, now let the
help, help you! They have been strategically sent by
God. That which was not needed around has been
lost.
You are free now! Confront the pieces and MOVE
forward!
Why would God send her help, for her to stay in the
same place
under the rubble? Now you standing there with your
pants on the ground, you looking like a fool! That will
preach! If you
missed it, it's a song from American Idol. Be
encouraged beloved, help has come. Your day of
victory is here! Arise and shine for the Lord has need
of you. If he didn't, you would have never survived the
storm. God is in the restoration business!
Pray this prayer with me. Lord since the storm
nor the
bricks killed me, help me to fulfill my purpose. Send
your breaker anointing to deliver me out of my
bed of affliction. Shout, I will impact the Kingdom of
God! I
come against the very gates of hell, no weapon
formed against me will prosper. Greater is He that
lives with in me, than he that is in the world.
I submit, you are the air I breathe. I can live with out
things but I can not live with out you Jesus. I love you
Lord, you are more than life to me. I am focused on
your will, I am focused on my
purpose. When I can't say a word, I will still just
wave my hands. Lord let your Kingdom come and your
will be
done!

service. I love you Taylor, continue to be used by the
Lord. Now get out of your emails and get your school
work done.

Don't focus on other people, focus on your
assignment.
Don't focus on what's wrong, focus on what's right.
Don't pray that God changes other people, pray that
He changes you and your perspective of other people
will change.
When God changes your perspective, you will be living
your Dreams awake! Baby, stay focused on your
purpose. I love you and I am praying for you
daily.

1 Million Pound Food Drive
"Join Us Around The World"
"Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose
the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke,
to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?
Is it
not to share your food with the hungry and to provide
the poor wanderer with shelter-- when you see the
naked, to clothe him, and not to turn away from your
own flesh and blood?"
(1) To collect much-needed food items for the local
area food banks;
(2) To educate our congregations on hunger issues in
our areas
(3) To feed the hungry in our community and transform
lives of donors, helpers, and recipients toward a
deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
Let's benefit the community and feed the hungry.
Identify 10 churches that will allow for drops offs, so
you can pick up and deliver the donations to your local
food banks. You can also organize a food drive events,
have participants bring canned food to meetings and
or workshops.
The food bank will give you a receipt for how much the
food weighs and each month we will tally up the
pounds collected. This will help us to bridge
community alliances & partnerships, while moving
towards our goal of 1 million pounds of food.

The IDC training will take place in Atlanta
once again.
IDC
Coordinators are
all over the Globe making a major impact in
their
communities by soul winning, providing training
workshops for local churches, partnering with
local
businesses, hosting voter registration drives,
lobbying government for arts funding in
public schools and teaching community
children how
to dance.
During this time we come together
as leaders to fellowship and sharpen iron.
We have key strategic leaders that are at the
top of
their fields coming to share their knowledge,
wisdom
and understanding with IDC Coordinators. This
is a
time of refreshing, foot washing, worship,
celebration
and tremendous growth.
We will also have certificates for New
Coordinators that have completed their
probationary
period.
