Measuring the Immeasurable

In LWB's Education Program, we measure many tangibles. Providing education brings with it certain things we see with our eyes: classroom materials such as pencils, workbooks, charts, paper, art, a structured day and lessons filled with learning and activity. But how to measure what occurs in a heart and a mind? How to show how a child's life is changed from the inside out from something as simple as a day in school? 
 
I've heard that if you turn a cruise ship a mere three degrees, its path will have turned fully around by the time it reaches the other end of the earth. What if a life's course is altered that much simply by the help of hope and love?
