    The Gift of Coaching

We asked "What has been the gift you've received from coaching?" and here's what people shared:

gift "Coaching is a gift to me because it shows me possibility when sometimes I don't think that any exists."

"I have experienced a tremendous shift and renewed energy. I feel like I have a fire in my belly -- I am passionate about my finances, physical health, creating personal space that supports me, creating professional relationships, nurturing loving relationships that support me."

"By being completely accepting of any and all ideas, so that coaching remains a completely safe place to explore ideas that in other worlds might seem crazy."ornaments

"The greatest benefit of coaching is that it "woke me up." I had to stop and think about where I was and what I wanted. Knowing that I would be touching base with my coach provided me with the support to follow through."

"Coaching has enabled me to become a stronger, more confident person knowing I'm in control of my own life and I can and do make a difference. I am using the skills I have gained through coaching to create the future of my dreams. Having a long range plan for my life has enabled me to incorporate my business into that plan. Today my business is thriving. My net income reflects substantial growth -- growing 52% from the first year of coaching and another 42% the second. It is absolutely amazing how everything comes together when you know where you are going."

ornaments"Coaching helped me see how old patterns and choices may have served me well in the past, but in this stage of my life recognizing what isn't working and making choices that do work is a gift of colossal impact. This may be a small thing to others but...for me...I wake up every day now and choose to live my life differently with an attitude that is new for me. My list of "have-to-dos" is replaced with the reality that I get to choose each and every day what my day, life will look like. I am free to be a better me."

ornaments"I was able to shift my thinking from managing to leading. I have learned how to be a better listener and provide support for my employees while always raising the expectation for excellence."

    A Transformational Gift
    serene branch

Coaching is a gift, pure and simple.

A coach is a partner who is fully present and available as a witness to your experience...

A coach holds no judgment, and no agenda, but for you to be happy and successful (whatever that means to you)...

A coach encourages you to see new possibilities...

And a coach sees the best in you when you can't see it in yourself...

We offer our deep thanks to all of the amazing coaches we have had in our lives and also to the courageous clients who have allowed us the honor of joining them on their journey for a time...

All of us at the Coaching Center of Vermont are wishing you & yours the many blessings of the season.

Discover the perfect present -- one that will make a long-lasting impact on the lives of those you care about. This year, give the gift of coaching.
