Chamber Brings Clarity to the Elections

The election merry go round keeps on going, and there is a very good chance many voters are confused by overlapping election dates. Two days ago, the Arlington City Council and School District elections were decided, except for a City Council runoffs in Districts 1, North Arlington. That runoff election is June 23.

Results of Saturday's election can be found here.

Early voting begins today and runs through May 25 for Democrat and Republican party primary elections, which has a May 29 election day. At least a couple of those races for Texas House and Senate and US Congress could end up in runoffs, which are set for July 31.

City runoff election information and early voting locations for the primaries are posted on www.voteforarlington.com

And, June 11-19 is early voting for the City Council runoff.
