"The AISD Will Further Elevate Standards & Be More Efficient" | |
Jerry McCullough, Superintendent of the Arlington Independent School District, delivered a strong, positive message about the AISD at his "State of the District" address today. Even with a budget reduction of $23.7 million over the next two years, he provided optimism as the students met or exceeded the state standards on 93% of the 135 measures tested. The capacity-crowd event, hosted by the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, was held at the Mac Bernd Professional Development Center.
