My very own story on how to stay motivated

 

The number one reason most people fail in achieving their weight loss and fitness goals is because they fail to make it a lifestyle. This is where support and motivation will make the difference.

 

I am sharing my story with you on how I motivated myself back into fitness after having my own health issues in 2011 and by listening to this audio I hope to inspire you to take some action and get motivated to achieve your goals. Once we put our mind to it anything is possible.

Comnpleting 21km is no walk in the park. There are many things that go into covering the distance, and it is importatnt to make sure you have your needs in order to ensure success on race day. If your training has gone as planned, there are just a few areas you will want to focus on to make your race day the best it can be.

WALKING GROUP


Meet Saturday at 7.30am Mairangi Bay Surf Club

If walking is your thing then this group is definitely for you... and if chatting's your thing, or just hanging out with friends while you're keeping fit... then this group is absolutely definitely for you!

 

We walk from Mairangi Bay to Browns Bay and return which takes around 1/2 hours.

 

Coffee: Our walks always finish with coffee and a chat - definitely a highlight!

Well done to the keen ladies (and Carl who followed up the rear) who joined me on the coast to coast walk on Saturday. It was a great walk & we cracked it off in under 3 1/2 hours... we did get a little damp along the way but it certainly didn't stop us having fun! To view more photos click here

"Today is the last day of the year in which I changed my life. It is hard to believe this day a year ago I was 86kg and was puffing as I came up the stairs to work.
