| RCB Consulting Group in the Community
Carrie Steele-Pitts Home (CSPH), founded in 1888, is a private, nonprofit and non-discriminatory child caring agency that provides 24-hour, state approved residency for neglected, abandoned and abused children. Their mission is to maintain a family-like environment that fosters the physical, social-emotional, mental and spiritual development of each child with the intent to raise them to be self-sufficient adults. CSPH's 35-acre campus is located in the Adamsville neighborhood which borders the Collier Heights, Ben Hill, Anderson Park and Cascade areas in Southwest Atlanta.
CSPH has begun the accreditation process to open a non-traditional school, and is now a certified GED site. RCB Consulting Group is a community partner, and is currently providing a six week Financial Literacy training to the residents of the Home.
CSPH continues to look for community partners to provide life skills training for the teens in other areas such as cooking lessons and household management. If interested, please contact them at 404-691-5187, or visit them on the web at www.csph.org. |

Ramona Baptiste
CEORamona Baptiste is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in the state of Georgia with over 20 years' experience in various financial and leadership roles in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors.
RCB Consulting Group, LLC was founded as a result of Ms. Baptiste's vision to serve others.
She is passionate about nonprofits and small businesses because of the benefits they bring to our community. As a result, the goal of RCB Consulting Group, LLC is to focus a large part of its practice around these businesses.
Ramona currently serves on the board of directors of Dreamhouse for Medically Fragile Children, Inc.
