April Showers

As many of you already know, on April 11th, 2012 we lost a dear friend. Brian Gilliam touched the lives of so many. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, great times and two young children: Violet and Indigo. Many of you have asked how you can help, so we have set up a paypal account for those who would like to contribute.

The email address to use is: [email protected].

We have also set up a savings account for those who do not use paypal. Make any donation checks out to: Anatometal INC, and be sure to put "Brian Gilliam Family" in the memo area of your check.

They can be sent to:

Brian Gilliam Fund, Care Of: Anatometal INC, 411 Ingalls Street, California 95060 USA.

Anatometal Inc will match your donations, dollar for dollar and these monies will be placed in a trust account for Brian's children.

We are also planning a memorial service for Brian which will be held on May 12th, 2012. This will be our time to get together to remember the good, and we know there is lots. For more information on the service, go to the Brian Gilliam Memorial Service Page on our Facebook. For more information on how to donate to the fund we have set up for Brian's children, visit http://briangilliam.com.

We thank you all for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. We're blown away at the generosity we see each day. We love you guys XOXO

 Mark
We know how much you love your Anatometal and what it stands for: handcrafted right here in the USA, made with only the highest quality  materials. There is so much that goes into each piece as it moves from our machine shop, to the polishing room, to the gold room, through quality assurance, packaging, and to our shipping department. We thought you would like to get to know the people who make that Gemmed Eyelet, Heart Navel Curve, and Nostril Screw possible! In the coming months, we will be invading all the departments here at Anatometal Headquarters and bringing our hard workers right to you!

This month we bring you
:
Mark From Sales

Anatometal:
What do you do here at Anatometal?
Mark: Let's see, I work in sales and shipping, customer service and sometimes assembly. That's it.

Anatometal: How long have you worked for Anatometal?
Mark: Oh... um, how long have I worked here? Is it a year and a half? Yeah, I have worked here a year and half now.

Anatometal: What is your favorite piece that Anatometal makes?
Mark: Our Gemmed Eyelets, they are gorgeous. You can do so much with the gem choices, we see so many different patterns and when you get it just right, they are just so pretty.

Anatometal: Tell us three things about yourself.
Mark:  Three things... I have never thought about making a list like this before. Ummmm... I can't swim, I am an animation student, and I have a Dachshund named Brutus.

Anatometal: Ninjas or Pirates?
Mark:  Ninjas of course!

Thanks for letting us get to know you a bit Mark! Who will be featured next month? Be sure to check back to find out!
