It seems like I can't find time to clean the dishes these days much less prepare a healthy meal for our family.  The time just isn't there to get it all done (or so it seems).  About a year ago my wife found the perfect solution to our problem - Let's Dish! 

 

It's so easy it's a wonder no one thought of it sooner.  We pick out our meals ahead of time online, make a reservation at a nearby store (there are 6 convenient locations throughout the Twin Cities), show up to their well prepped food stations and make the meals right then and there.  We can typically make 10-12 meals in about 2 hours.  Once we're done, we load up the food (with the instruction stickers right on the freezer bags), bring the food home and throw it in the freezer.  When we need a quick meal, we simply grab a meal from the freezer, follow the instructions and we have a well balanced, healthy meal ready to go in no time.

Planning For The Future

The economy has been pretty rough the last couple of years and many of us have been in survival mode.  Balance the checkbook, pay the bills and wait for the next payday.  Keeping your head above water is great, but don't forget to think about your future.  Some important things to think about:
