Beginning April 22, 2010, the EPA requires that contractors performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must be certified and must follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. Violators could face fines of up to $37,500 for non-compliance. Currently, less than 5% of Licensed Contractors in California are certified to perform this type of work.
Rest assured that D.R. Domenichini is a lead-safe certified contractor. In fact we have exceeded the minimum requirement of one employee being certified, as both the owner and operations manager have completed the required training and are both Certified Renovators. Protect yourself by only hiring qualified firms.

There has been a new addition to the Domenichini  clan. Introducing "Destiny", a 2011 Camaro Indy Pace Car. I recently purchased the car as an anniversary present for my lovely wife, Gina. I was intending to buy her a piece of jewelry but on the way to the jewelry store I stopped to have lunch at a Chinese restaurant and my fortune cookie said, "You will soon have a fun four-wheel investment." Now "Sophia", my 1969 Camaro Indy Pace Car Convertible, will have a gorgeous and trusted companion, just like me.
For those of you that share our passion of classic automobiles, hotrods and muscle cars, join us at one of the local upcoming car shows. If you attend the Taste of Morgan Hill (Sep 24-25), be sure to look for Destiny and Sophia. As a volunteer and board member, I will have the cars on display. I hope to see you there!
