Remodeling in Silicon Valley is Still a $mart Investment
Do you need a larger family room or additional bathroom to accommodate your family's changing needs? As the housing market in the Silicon Valley continues to fluctuate, many people are deciding to stay put instead of moving into a new home, and remodeling to help meet your family's changing needs is one option that makes sense. No matter what type of remodeling project you are considering, making certain the improvements increase the home's resale value as well as provide comfort and convenience is important.

 According to Remodeling Magazine's 2010-11 Cost vs Value report, improvements that yielded the highest return on investment were simple projects such as replacing a wood front door with a steel one or replacing the garage door.

Whether you have a simple "handy-man" type of project such as replacing a door or you would like to increase the size of your master bedroom, as you will see from this report, remodeling continues to be a good investment.

Spring is here! It is time to dust off those cars that have been hibernating. There is nothing like hopping in your classic convertible on a bright sunny Spring day, with your significant other and going for a nice drive. We are blessed to live in Northern California! Drop the top, put on some good Oldies music... perhaps the Mamas and Papas or the Beach Boys

Bathroom Feels Bigger

and take a nice drive through the mountains. Maybe stop at a local winery or two. My personal favorite for the Genre is our 1969 Camaro RS/SS Convertible aka "Sophia".
