Ohlheiser Corporation Honored at SMC Award Ceremony
Ohlheiser Corporation was honored at the SMC Awards Ceremony on October 7th 2010 receiving the "Five Star Sales Achievement Award" for being one of the top 5 distributors in the country in terms of both sales growth and annual sales for fiscal year 2009. The ceremony was held in conjunction with the National Sales Meeting at SMC's new corporate headquarters in Noblesville,  Indiana.
Ohlheiser Corporation was also presented the "Distinguished Service Award" for Sales Growth and the "Presidential Service Award" for 20 Years of Loyal and Distinguished Service.
"It's an honor to receive an award for our Sales Achievements" said Ohlheiser President, Rob Pellettier, "but it's equally gratifying to be recognized for our level of service."

Introducing the Smallest Grippers Yet!
An exciting new addition to SMC's popular angular gripper series. The  MHCM2-7S is their smallest gripper yet! A 2-finger, single acting gripper with a total body length of only 23mm!
This gripper has an opening/closing angle of 20 degrees to 7 degrees and a gripping moment value of 0.017 Newton meters. Also a part of the MHC series expansion is the MHC2-6 and the MHCA2-6. The grippers are available in either single or double acting.

Electric Cylinder Operates Like an Air Cylinder
The LZ series is an electric cylinder that can operate like an air cylinder. Available in 2 body types with lead screw and motor size options, the LZ product line are all powered by 24VDC motor s, which provide both stable and efficient end-to-end performance without the need for compressed air.
Multiple mounting choices include basic, foot, front flange and front trunnion, and stroke lengths can be selected up to 200mm.

Low Profile Rodless Cylinder
 SMC has expanded its MY cylinder family to now include a low profile rodless cylinder, series MY3M. The new rodless cylinder is lighter in weight than the MY1M and also has a higher loading capability when compared to the MY1M.
