  EPSON features 2 new robots at the ATX EAST Show
The Automation Technology Expo (ATX) was recently held in the Jacob K. Javitz Center in New York providing a showcase of the newest products and technologies for lean manufacturing, cost reduction and enhanced productivity.
Ohlheiser Corporation's premier vendor, Epson Robots was there showing attendees how the EPSON Robots Power of Choice can make a difference in their automation projects.

The new EPSON C3 Compact 6 Axis Robot Lineup with a unique new SlimLine design which provides exceptionally advanced flexibility. And the new EPSON G1 Mini SCARA Robots, leading the industry with best in class cycle rates, precision assembly and motion range. While EPSON G1 Mini SCARA robots are small in stature, they are extremely rigid and can handle higher payloads and better duty cycles with faster cycle times vs. competitive models

 LEH Series Electric Grippers
LEH Series Electric actuator grippers from SMC come in 3 types.
The LEH - S type is a 3 finger  version for gripping round parts. The compact and light LEH - Z type are available in 6 different bore sizes providing gripping forces from 1.35 up to 47.2 lbf. For longer stroke lengths up to 80mm the LEH- F 2 finger grippers are perfect. All three series offer drop prevention function, gripping check function for working with pieces of different dimension or positions and can be easily set with just 2 pieces of data: position and force.

 SMAC Electric Cylinders
 The SMAC Series of electric cylinders with direct drive provide cost efficiency and increased performance for high precision applications with high speed. The CA series comes with diameters of 8, 12, 16, 24, 35, 36, 50, 75 and 150mm. This is a proven robust linear actuator with a round design that uses moving coil technology. Available strokes range from 10 to 50mm with encoder resolutions of 20, 5, 1, 0.5, 0.1 or 0.05 microns.

UV Curing System
The UJ20 Series UV Curing System is the most powerful intensity in its class.  Even with all heads turned on, the power consumption is only 60VA(at 100V AC). This is 1/6 compared to our previous model and contributes to the reduction of C02. Lower power consumption and heat generation will reduce total air conditioning.
