CBYRA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Saturday 3 December

All member club delegates are invited to attend the CBYRA Annual General Meeting on Saturday 3 December at the Annapolis Yacht Club.  Registration will open at 0900 in the Skipjack (ground level) and the meeting will be called to order at 0930.

 

Club Delegates are asked to complete and return the following items prior to the meeting:

 

RSVP
Proxy Form (if Delegate can not attend)

2012 Club Renewal Form 

~ 2012 Club Dues Invoice (send check for $250)

GREEN BOOK MEETING - CHANGES
Club & Class Collaboration

Please note the date and location of Scheduling Collaboration Meeting for the Clubs and Classes has changed. The meeting is now scheduled for Saturday 10 December at 0900The new location is the Junior Sailing Building at the Annapolis Yacht Club. This is the building on the grassy knoll at the top of the parking lot on the Eastport side of the drawbridge.

 

This meeting where the Fleet representatives - Cruising One Design, and this year PHRF - will meet with the Club race organizers to express their interest to participate in specific events and if it will count toward High Point calculations.

HIGH POINT STANDINS
Results Are Rolling In

High Point Scoreres are crunching numbers and some results for 2011 are available for review.  The Juniors, Cruising One Design (COD) Fleets and Multihulls are posted online.

NOMINATION REQUEST
Tom Closs, Sr. Corinthian Spirit Award

This award will be presented to a CBYRA adult competitor who embodies the Corinthian spirit and encourages new racers just like past CBYRA President Closs did for many years.  

 

Nominations for the Tom Closs, Sr. Corinthian Spirit Award may be made by anyone, but the nominee must be a CBYRA member.

 

Email nominations to office@cbyra.org for the 2011 Tom Closs, Sr. Corinthian Spirit Award today.  Please include the individual's name, their Club name, boat(s) name and fleet along with your glowing recommendation.
