Fishing Bay Yacht Club will host its 30th Annual Chesapeake Bay Laser Masters Championship on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 October. This regatta is open to Laser sailors 35 years of age and older. This event promises to feature great sailing and great food. Come be part of the tradition!

A US SAILING Advanced Race Seminar will be held during the US SAILING Annual Meeting in Annapolis on Wednesday 26 & Thursday 27 October. This seminar is for experienced race officers who would like to refresh and increase their knowledge.

The instructors for this seminar will be Jeff Johnson, Mark Murphy, Bill Stump and Hank Stuart. Jeff, Mark and Hank are International Race Officers and National Race Officers. Bill is a US SAILING National Race Officer. All are members of the US SAILING Race Management Committee.

The seminar fee is $90 for current US SAILING members and $130 for non-members. The fee includes the seminar materials, continental breakfast, lunch and two breaks each day. Registration is due by Tuesday 18 October is essential as each participant will receive study materials in advance.
