Broad Bay Sailing Association
Greg Lanese has been working hard with the City of Virginia Beach to get a small boat regatta the same day as the Neptune's Festival, Saturday 1 October. There will be thousands of people down at the ocean front during the day, so it will be a great way to showcase our sport, and to show off our skills! People love sailboats, so it will be an excellent opportunity to see small dinghies off the beach. All the details are in the NOR at www.broadbaysailing.org.

Independence Seaport Museum
After a 16 year hiatus The Philadelphia Cup is being brought to the Independence Seaport Museum of Philadelphia and will be on permanent display to highlight the great sailing opportunities on the Delaware River.
Seven classes to race on Saturday 1 October include: PHRF, J22, J27, Lightning, Mariner, Laser and Laser Radial
For families and friends; ½ price admission to the Independence Seaport Museum and special educational workshops throughout the day. Regatta party and awards presentation in the afternoon. Come race, bring your family and enjoy a great day on the water in Center City Philadelphia.
